Querido, mudei a casa - Especial Central de Cervejas

an integrated project related with talent development, unification and happiness in a large company – Central Cervejas - that originated a remarkable television show , being considered of the largest and most engaging motivational projects in the company.

the project involved Sociedade Central Cervejas people with Querido, mudei a casa team on Central’s eating place reform. A huge and deep restructuring of an 800 m2 area, respecting all security and health rules, that permitted the creation of several engaging dynamics with employees before, during and after reform. The tv show went on air at SIC Mulher reinforcing emotional bonds of employees with the company as well as notoriety and the innovation drive of Central, both internally and externally.
