10 YEARS, 10 PRINCIPLES TO LIVE BY

For the past ten years, ambition, imagination, audacity, intuition and pragmatism have dictated our steps. The living experience of events inspired and encouraged us but sometimes also showed us weaknesses and clashes with which we had to cope. Life is a real experience and if sometimes everything went nice and smoothly, at other times we faced hard challenges that made us reflect and forced us to better assume what we really wanted to be, to do and to deliver to our stakeholders and to the world.

Being so, from the living experience of the last 10 years –  what we dreamed of and what we created, what we got involved in and sometimes what got us hurt – 10 principles to live by became quite clear to us taking into consideration what we want to achieve now and the bigger impact we want to create. Those are principles we bring to life both within the company and in the relationships we nurture with our stakeholders. They are principles we take care of because we believe they take us further, throughout a positive and beautiful path of individual and collective growth.

Everything starts with our statement:

 

We are passionate about the world.

We vibrate with the future.

We believe all of us have an enormous role to play.

We love to embrace great ambitions and make way for growth.

And we find flow when we are inspiring people to go beyond themselves and companies to go beyond their boldest goals.

 

The WIN World statement works like a credo. It inspires us every day; it guides our choices, our connections, our businesses, our deliveries and the way we relate to and impact others. We really love creating and producing experiences that inspire people and companies to go beyond what they thought possible.

Then, we set 10 principles to live by that enrich each one of us individually and our culture as a team – a culture that we love to define as an everyone’s culture ruled by great common ambitions. Being so, these 10 principles define our way and commitment on being a truly developmental organization.

 

  1. WE BELIEVE IN INDIVIDUALITY AND THE FREEDOM TO BE WHOEVER WE WANT TO BE.

Each one of us can be the change he or she wants to see in the world but for that to happen we need to express ourselves through what we really are and what we really love doing. Being focused and connected with our deepest, realest, most genuine selves is for sure the way to become more, give more and impact more.

 

  1. WE ENJOY DIVERSITY, COLLECTIVITY AND MULTIDISCIPLINARITY.

One of the consequences of promoting and accepting individuality is the diversity we can bring to teams. By doing so, we foster the so-called collective genius that can emerge from a team and the multidisciplinary approach such a team naturally takes in relation to projects. This happens to produce surprising and magic results at all levels. It is incredibly powerful in terms of creation and delivery.

 

  1. WE LOVE AND LOOK FOR AMBITIOUS, CURIOUS, THOUGHT-PROVOKING, BOLD-MINDED PEOPLE.

These people are the ones we really want to team-up with or the ones we want to work for. These are the people who are committed to take their lives and businesses further and make the difference at a larger and more meaningful scale. They are people who provoke us, who call us for new challenges and ambitions, who involve us for a joint undertaking, who give and take like us, who love to grow like us. These people are tremendously inspiring, they love to learn  with us and they love to share their own experiences and learnings with us, making it great to grow together with them.

 

  1. FIRST WE MAKE FRIENDS, THEN WE DO BUSINESS.

And so it is. A friendly environment is everything we want to have at the office, in projects and in the relationships with our clients, suppliers and all our stakeholders. By saying that first we make friends, then we do business, we are bringing friendship, empathy and happiness to the business and project development equation. Talent, dedication and professionalism are a must – but so is friendship.

 

  1. WE KEEP IN MIND THAT EVERYTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE UNTIL IT IS DONE AND THAT WE ARE HERE TO TURN IMPOSSIBLES INTO POSSIBLES.

We are committed to never ever limit ourselves or others around us. We should always look for solutions, not for problems. If we keep our drive focused on making great things, we will. We just have to do our best, involve the best team members and the best partners, look for help, embrace planning and preparation as our best tools for the greatest action, and just start doing it. If we can dream it, we can make it.

 

  1. THERE IS A BETTER WAY EVERYDAY AND WE SHOULD NEVER FORGET THIS.

Permanent questioning for continuous improvement is essential. We should never fall for  that excuse that things are just usually done in a certain way. Instead, we have to go and question the status quo, go and think about how we can innovate and put new ways of doing things, new ideas, new strategies, new plans and new processes forward. We have to go for a benchmark, learn with the best, create and implement a better way, every day.

 

  1. WE ARE INCREDIBLY CURIOUS AND WE KNOW THAT FORTUNE FAVORS THE PREPARED MINDS.

We should always be immensely curious about the world, people, our life and our job, and look for non-obvious sources of knowledge and information. We have to believe and live in the intersection of disciplines as a way of inspiration and prosperity, in business and in life. We should also keep in mind that some of the best inspirations come as a surprise simply because we are deeply into the moment we are living or because we are open enough to see things from a different perspective and to enjoy new feelings about something. So, let’s be curious and connected to what we are living at each moment.

 

  1. EXCELLENCE AND KINDNESS CAN LIVE SIDE BY SIDE. AND WE HAVE TO EMBRACE BOTH.

It’s possible. It’s challenging, especially when working under pressure, but the outcomes of achieving excellence and kindness hand in hand are tremendously powerful. Not only will we inspire people to be and to do their best, but we will empower them all the way, strengthening confidence and promoting growth.

 

  1. FOR US, EACH PROJECT IS A PRIVILEGE. EACH CLIENT IS A PRIVILEGE.

Once a project is accepted, our mission is to work towards the best delivery ever. Our main concern is to support the client in every aspect, and to manage goals and expectations carefully. We want to make our clients feel extremely at ease and confident with everything, at all times. This means permanent connection, feeling, focus and coaching, making way for project and client’s growth.

 

  1. BRING PASSION TO ACTION IS OUR WAY.

This is what makes the difference in terms of energy and flow. It affects inspiration, contribution, creation, innovation, disruption, distinctive execution. To explore our best selves, our connection to the project, the positive emotions and the way to bring growing passion to action, inspiring people around us to do the same. By being aware of what drives and moves us, we will be more able to bring passion to action with more consistency. Nonetheless, it’s more than natural that once in a while our mood is not so uplifted. We don’t have to be afraid of that, we just need to look for help and comfort from our project mates and embrace those grey days together.
