Aligning courses offer according to the company’s culture; allowing employees to learn at their own production pace, and implementing a strategy for knowledge delivery, considering all work schedules – face-to-face, hybrid or 100% remote. These are the top three team training trends that leaders are expected to follow in 2023, according to a study by the online learning platform Udemy.
The study takes into account the demand for courses by employees of 12.5 thousand organizations around the world and lists the skills most sought after by professionals in 2022. Among the most in-demand business skills are finance and accounting, leadership and management, marketing, and project management.
In these areas of interest, the main increases were detected in training such as customer experience management, with a 449% increase over last year; non-verbal communication (+268%), and business communication (+211%). Among technical skills, cloud computing, data science, design, and development figure prominently.
