    1. Win World, S.A., with tax identification no. 508815606 and registered office at Espaço das Amoreiras – Centro Empresarial, Rua D. João V, nº 24, 1.03, sala 8, 1250-091 Lisbon (hereinafter referred to as Win World) is the entity in charge of collecting and processing the personal data of the data subjects (hereinafter referred to as the User or Users) for the purposes indicated in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy.
    2. This Privacy Policy is applicable to the processing of personal data collected by Win World or sent by the Users through the website (the “Website”) or its newsletter, and is intended to inform Users in accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the “GDPR”) as complemented by Law no. 58/2019, of 8 August.
    3. Users must read this Privacy Policy carefully and freely decide whether they wish to provide their personal data to Win World, prior to sending it. Each User guarantees that he/she is of legal age and that the data provided is true, accurate, complete and up to date, being responsible for any non-compliance that may occur.

Once the above retention periods have expired and except where Win World is obliged by law or contract to keep the User’s personal data for a specific period, Win World will proceed to its deletion or anonymization.
