Win World, S.A., with tax identification no. 508815606 and registered office at Espaço das Amoreiras – Centro Empresarial, Rua D. João V, nº 24, 1.03, sala 8, 1250-091 Lisbon (hereinafter referred to as Win World) is the entity in charge of collecting and processing the personal data of the data subjects (hereinafter referred to as the User or Users) for the purposes indicated in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy is applicable to the processing of personal data collected by Win World or sent by the Users through the website https://winworld.pt/ (the “Website”) or its newsletter, and is intended to inform Users in accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the “GDPR”) as complemented by Law no. 58/2019, of 8 August.
