More than 70% of companies plan to adopt new technologies by 2023

June 26, 2023

Most companies plan to adopt new technologies in 2023. This is the main finding of the Digibee 2023 State of Enterprise Integration Report. In its 2nd edition, the study presents the current scenario of corporate digital transformation, after hearing more than 1,000 CIOs, CTOs and developers from more than 500 companies in the United States, Canada and the Americas.

The survey finds that the top integration objective for enterprises is the move to the cloud and digital transformation. Second is to improve time to market, and then to enable automation and Artificial Intelligence. The data reflects a market that is rapidly advancing in the adoption of different system integrations, with 71% of respondents planning to implement technology as early as 2023.

How poor integrations directly impact business efficiency, profitability and innovation

According to 42% of respondents, the biggest problem is ineffective practices, including inefficient processes and other issues that limit the company’s ability to succeed. For 39% of respondents, the problem is that poor integrations hinder innovation, and for 38%, the worst is wasted resources and time spent on maintenance projects.

In addition, 36% of the specialists heard in the survey pointed out that poor integrations influence the response time for certain changes in the business, and that the client’s behavior impacts profitability and market share.
