Safety and well-being will be the priority for HRs this year. That’s what research by Catho and Reconnect indicates. These choices were identified as priorities with 77.20% in the response rate, followed by Formation of Leaders, with 73.37%, and Organizational Culture, with 70.05%.
For the second year running, these topics appear at the top of trends. In 2021, the response rate was 63.73%. Before the pandemic, safety was not even mentioned by HR professionals. At the time, the main trend was “Performance assessment programs”, followed by “Employee experience and agile methodologies”, both highlighted in all editions of the survey.
Another interesting point revealed by the survey was the skills most required by HRs in professionals in 2022. For 70.5% the most important is Proactivity, followed by Teamwork (64.8%) and Problem-solving (61, 9%).
In 2021, these skills also emerged in the top 3 as the most valued by HR, but with a change in order: last year the most mentioned was Teamwork with 72.41% of the responses, followed by Proactivity (67.51% ) and Problem-solving with 64.77%.
